"Clean Room friendly staff"

"Our experience was , no Wi-Fi, noisy air conditioning system, shower very difficult to adjust so that it flows consistently, access to shower difficult for older patrons, we are both in our late 70’s and can’t high jump like we used to. Meals were big serves, cooked and presented well and priced well."

"I never enjoy giving a negative review but I do feel I should mention some disappointing aspects of our stay. We have stayed at this hotel on at least 5 previous occasions but for this stay our experience was very different. We looked forward to being able to eat at the restaurant for dinner but was told the restaurant and bar was closed for a month, we didn’t receive notification of this prior to check-in. We were told to go to the pub next door which we did on the first night of our 3 night stay, while we were not disappointed in the food at the pub the noise was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation without raising our voice. We did not see housekeeping during our stay. I tried to retrieve something that had fallen under the bedside table and the wooden table fell apart narrowly missing my face but hitting my arm. The WiFi hardly worked in the room, anytime we tried either it didn’t work at all or buffeted so badly we stopped trying. On a brighter note the breakfast was good with a decent selection except for coffee from the coffee machine."

"Bathrooms had mould spores in shower and on ceilings dirt inbetween couch seats carpet not flat in bedroom cans and rubbish around the lake"

"Clean and comfortable room. Easy parking. Very close to takeaways and shopping centre for simple meal options."

"Room clan. Staff nice. Bed hard. Pillows terrible (but mist hotels are). Got ripped off with one day breakfast not being available as it was still shuttered up afyer the 7am time i was advised it opened. Overall ok fir the price paid. "
