"Enjoyed the stay because we made the best of it. Booked 2 rooms and the second room was throughly cleaned. Went to explain to front desk and no one ever came to clean. Then requested down service every other day only one room was cleaned. Very disappointed."

"Just below adequate. Not great, not terrible. Bedsheets had stains. Found a hate in a bath towel. Room’s carpet had multiple stains. Window to the outside was not insulated at all.
Breakfast was good. Room TV’s are nice. Valet was convenient."

"I wasn’t told online when booking that there was no parking at the hotel. Also I put that I needed handicap assistance. I didn’t receive any of that. The staff that assisted me was rushing and pushing me off not really to helpful. I didn’t even know how to get in my room from the parking garage that was down the street that I had to pay $65 for one night. The breakfast was amazing. My room was clean but the hall was dirty looking."

"Have stayed here a few times now and always clean and convenient location to what I’m doing in Chicago. Parking is easy ($57 a day). Never have a problem with noise. Will stay again."
