"The Mrs & I were very happy & impressed with our stay at the Imperial Boutique Accommodation. The room was beautiful, the gardens were amazing & the staff we spoke to were very friendly. The hotel was perfectly central & within walking distance to all the local bars, restaurants, markets, local craft shops & cafes. My only dislike of our room, was that there is no door separating the bedroom to the bathroom (I know this is new modern design, call me old fashioned if you want). We are already...

"Advise the hotel to provide ear plugs for guests. Saturday night thumping and music did not end until midnight & then woken up at 6am by smashing bottles - recycling or something with the bins. I thought with the refurb they'd managed to insulate the rooms for noise. Wasn't really worth the cost of $235 & having a child. Both had a terrible night sleep Check in process could be improved - better instructions of codes etc as no keys issued or reception staff - that could be an Expedia problem...

"Apartment was clean, sheets nice white and crisp, kitchen had everything you need, TV was good (lots of rain so that helped lol)....Communication was very good and lovely staff who changed our room to downstairs and allowed us into room at 11.30am instead of the usual 2pm....2nd time we've stayed here and will definitely stay again...."

"I liked where the motel is situated near to where I was going but the room was dark needed the lights on all of the time, only one pillow each instead of two, tea coffee no biscuits or herbal tea, hanging my clothes was difficult rail in wardrobe way too high I'm 167cm and so my husband had to hang my clothes. Carpet had a burn mark or something It could be amazing considering the position needs some care and money reinvested into the place"
