Clean rooms, great buffet , great restaurant, plenty of parking

Fab place! Nice staff great location.

Pleasant historical Parador, with nice garden. Comfortable room with nice bathroom, no view as in standard room at the back. Helpful and friendly reception and bar staff.

Perfect hotel, wanted to stay longer, lovely owners

Good underground parking. Out ground floor room had a terrace, breakfast was good. Liked that there was a kettle and nice tea. Great value for money.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, awesome restaurant.

Great place to stay. We stayed night before ferry from Bilbao which was conveniently just 1.5 hours drive to the port

The hotel was beautifully laid out with stunning views. The staff were above and beyond incredible. They couldn’t do enough to help. Always on hand and so amenable. I had the best stay and if I could rate 11/10 I would.

Great location and easy walk into the heart of the old town. We were busy but it appeared to have excellent facilities.

All Good! Staff friendly and welcoming

Good hotel, staff v friendly and rooms modern, comfortable and very well equipped.

Nice

Nice hotel, in the center of the city Staff super helpful Will stay again

👍

Absolutely wonderful stay! My fear when I stay in the area is always humidity/musty rooms… but in Ixua there’s no sign of anything less than pristine. It all looks, feels and is clean. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The views are well… worth everything. The food and service absolutely amazing. Thank you Roberto and Munya.

We found the evening meal excellent and very good value.

A lovely hotel in an old custom house on the square in the centre of Ordunia. Excellent food and well situated to explore on foot. Highly recommended!

Great place, but some things let it down for top marks. Shower is tricky to use, hair dryer mount was loose on the wall, towels were soft and thick but other amenities were average. Breakfast is great though.
