"Staff was very friendly, room was clean "

"Overall, our stay was just okay. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day. However, the walls were very thin—we could hear a lot of noise outside throughout the night, as well as people talking in nearby rooms, which made it hard to get good rest. Checkout was listed as 11:00, but housekeeping was knocking on our door around 9:40, which felt rushed and a bit frustrating. The hotel was also under construction during our stay, with siding torn off, something that wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. On top of that, the photos online didn’t match what we walked into and appeared to be heavily edited or AI-generated, which was disappointing. Overall, while the room itself was decent, the noise, early interruptions, and misleading presentation would make us think twice about staying here again."

"Breakfast menu was extremely limited. Room was spacious and had nice televisions. Sofa was so dirty I didn't want to sit on it. Table leg looked like it had been gnawed on. "

"When I arrived. The person at the front desk was not friendly at all. He gave me my key. I went to my room. It was the wrong room. I ordered and prepaid for two queens and hide a bed and he gave me one King. I went back downstairs to ask for the proper room and he told me that there were no clean room and he didn’t know what to do and that it wasn’t his problem. I asked him how long it would take to get it clean and he said an hour or so. I left went to dinner came back and he told me that they were completely full and had no room rooms. I said well, how are you gonna make this right? He told me it’s not my problem, bro. He told me I could go to their sister hotel. I said well go ahead and make that reservation for me. Transfer my payment over there and we will be good. He said that’s not my problem. I’m not gonna do that. I informed him that I was a customer and that Holiday Inn is in the wrong. He told me it’s not his fault. He’s just the front desk clerk. He can’t do anything about it. I then asked to speak with the manager. he called the manager,. She resolved the problem immediately. I did end up going to the sister hotel where I was treated with great respect and courtesy from the front desk. The manager called the sister hotel and made everything right. I do appreciate the mamager for being accommodating, but the man at the front desk needs a few lessons in proper customer service."

"One thing bad breakfast is not included but you can pay a discount rate to get breakfast. But was a great hit breakfast. Gym was great but no wipes to disinfect equipment I had to bring in a washcloth "
