"Room had dirty floors mattress hurt your back terribly Noisy rooms can hear neighbors talking every word No parking the garage was closed had to park on the street hotel didn’t even tell you that before you booked it No handicap access because of access ramp was closed to get your wheelchair up on the on high curb or the cart to get your things in/out of the hotel "

"Pros: very clean, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast included, side view of the ocean from 3rd floor balcony room, beach chairs to use for guests. Cons: only one, I’m a light sleeper and the trash truck came down the street at 5:45 AM and woke me up and was VERY noisy and it seemed like it took forever to empty every little trash can. I’m glad they do this because it keeps the area clean but if you’re a light sleeper consider a room away from the street."

"There was no attempt to replenish the breakfast during the breakfast period. By the time we came down around 8, there was not much left....no eggs or yogurts.... just a few pastries and bagels as well as cornflakes and waffles."
