"The property is getting managed through what’s app messaging. No front desk, or any staff at the property. In the room there is no tv. Bathroom and shower only has hand soap. Throughly bare minimum. Location was on elevations. Hard to get and steep road."

"Loved the pool. The villa was really clean and bright. You do need to check into the actual hotel (which this is not, this is the villas), which is like 5-10 mins away by car, and I'll say this now that the hotel does have a restaurant. "This is a nice modern hotel right near the beach and port. We had a view of the water and could walk to old town easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us helpful answers to our tourist questions and were always available. Chania was a charming city that we wish we had one more night at. We would stay here again if we ever make it back."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war lecker und der Garten in dem wir es serviert bekommen haben, war sehr schön. Wir sind im Feierabendverkehr angereist und mussten zunächst etwas suchen, konnten dann aber auch einen Parkplatz in einer Querstraße finden. "

"It was impossible to get to get a spot at the pool as people would put their towel and then disappear. There were not many chairs to accommodate this. Otherwise an amazing hotel that really goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service. I would stay here in a heart beat. The helped arrange a taxi to and from the airport, a rental car and upgraded our room without me asking for it. All very friendly and helpful."
