It was a lower average hotel.Not frendly with costumers,we asked staff about dinner,they told a price that was lower te price I had to pay.On the other hand flies all ver the food Not an hotel to recommend Lower than average and expensive compared to wat they offer

The room was nice and clean and open. The view that we had from the balcony was amazing of the Dachstein Mountains. So I would recommend upgrading your room. The staff was nice and very helpful in recommending a dinner option for us on the Gosausee Lake. We did not get to use the fitness area or the sauna. The only drawback was that the room did not have air conditioning but we loved opening up the door on the terrace which was amazing until other guests were smoking on their patio, which then entered our room. Also traffic in the main road could he hear while the door was open.

Sehr schön, freundliches Personal, Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. Uns war es etwas zu warm im Zimmer, aber ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

5 napot voltunk a lassan 2 éves kisfiúnkkal és csak pozitív tapasztalatról tudok beszámolni. Minden rendben volt, a személyzet egytől egyig végtelen kedves és segítőkész. Kisfiúnkkal külön kedvesek voltak. A játszószoba megfelelően felszerelt, minden korosztály megtalálja a számára megfelelő játékot. Reggelit tartalmazott a foglalásunk, minden igényt kimerített. Minden ízletes volt. A tisztaság is teljesen rendben volt, mi nem kértünk minden napra takarítást, mégis minden nap finom illat volt. Kényelmes ágy, gyönyörű kilátás és eszméletlen csend. Extra 5 csillag a személyzet kedvessége miatt. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom 😊

Lage/Zimmer: Schöner Blick in die umliegenden Berge. Zimmer sehr einfach und ohne Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wände teilweise sehr schmutzig. Wände sahen aus wie in einem Kinderzimmer, die mit Stiften bemalt wurden. Reinigung kam teilweise nicht oder es wurde nur sehr grob gereinigt. Total staubig unter dem Bett! Der Seifenspender wurde über mehrere Tage nicht aufgefüllt. Essen: Frühstücksauswahl war in Ordnung, bis auf die billige Wurst aus Massentierhaltung. Leider wurde ab 9.30 Uhr nicht mehr nachgefüllt, bzw.nzr auf Anfrage. Das Abendessen war mittelmäßig. Gab bei 5 Abendessen 5x Hähnchen, kaum Gemüseauswahl, viel Frittiertes, TK-Hamburger Patties, Fertigsoßen, etc. Allgemein zu viele Industrieprodukte, Resteverwertung vom Vortag. Kellner vergaßen Getränke zu servieren und waren oftmals genervt (merkte man durch ihr entnervtes Schnaufen und reden über Gäste). Salatbuffet gefiel uns am besten. Da gibt es eine schöne Auswahl. Leider waren sehr viele Familien mit kleinen/ lauten Kindern da, welche ein ruhiges und entspanntes Abendessen nicht zuließen. Sehr schade. Sauna: Die 2 Saunen sind schön, aber der Ruhebereich war leider auf Grund rücksichtsloser Gäste nicht wirklich ruhig. Gäste hielten sich nicht an die Regeln - mit Badekleidung in die Sauna und mit Kindern in die Sauna (obwohl Zugang ab 16 Jahren!). Wasser war leider auch keins da, erst auf Anfrage. Nach 1 Std.war es bereits leer und keiner kontrollierte, ob nachgefüllt werden sollte.

Bei deiner Anmerkung bzgl. der Sauna geben wir dir vollkommen recht - leider können wir es nicht ständig kontrollieren. Die Zimmer werden aufgrund der schwarzen Streifen, welche von den Koffern sind, vor der Wintersaison noch gemalen.Das es uns bei dir nicht gelungen deine Erwartungen zu erfüllen tut uns leid. Wie du bei den vielen positiven Feedbacks aber auch sehen, gelingt uns das normalerweise besser und wir würden uns deshalb über eine zweite Chance sehr freuen. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was large and comfortable. The balcony and views were excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. We would definitely stay here again. It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room though.

Spacious hotel which needs a bigger heart
The hotel is in a nice location. Please be aware that everything around closes early so shop in advance or hotel will be your only option for dinner. Plus- Hotel was neat and clean. Room were spacious and a good view of the valley. Minus- 1. We waited more than 30 minutes at the check-in desk. There was only 1 person at the desk and everyone had to wait. Later on another person joined in the at the check in desk and it was faster. The staff was courteous. 2. We were not aware that everything around closes early. Nevertheless, we had buffet dinner at hotel and it was ok. We had a kid(about 2 years) and she was not ready to eat at that time. I requested them if I could take some soup with us in case she gets hungry at night. They refused stating the hotel policy that no food from buffet can be taken outside. Instead they offered us to buy a lunch pack(with sandwiches which she doesn't eat). I have been traveling a lot and understand hotel policies but I found it a bit insensitive in this case. A kid is not an adult, the hotel can make an exception in this case. They should also consider that there is nothing else available in the area around. 3. There are no glasses, cups or kettles in the room which is a negative for me. I don't want to go down to the restaurant for everything.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff but rather grumpy bar and cafe staff. Clean rooms but with the pine furniture of a youth hostel. Thin walls allowed neighbours conversation to intrude on sleep. Fantastic buffet breakfast with wide range of delicious foods and good coffee. Basic pub food in the evening. Great location and views of mountains from some rooms

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr toll. Die Zimmer sind gut und bieten alles was man braucht. Allerdings sind Sie sehr hellhörig und wir konnten jedes Wort der betrunkenen Nachbarn hören.

Great view
Great place to stay. The room had an amazing view to the mountain. Breakfast and Dinner are served as a buffet and lots to choose from. Food was tasty. The room qas spacious and they accommodated our baby with a baby cot. Friendly staff. Very clean and organised

The check in was the worst worst worst thing ever in my whole life. We were a group of colleagues, booked 10rooms. Took us 1.5hours to finish the check in. The reception insist they are fully booked and wouldn’t pass the room key to us after 9rooms. It took us more than 30minutes to get the last 1 room which already booked and paid on hotels.com. Absolutely the worst reception ever. The reception guy even shouted at us because he couldn’t complete his work with his own fault. Shame on you. Check in time was from 6:30-8:00pm on 8th September. To the management of this hotel, please please re-educate, train your staffs otherwise you’ll lose tons of customers. Please make sure they will not repeat this again so the other guests wouldn’t suffer like what we did. 最悪な経験をしました受付に1.5時間もかかり、支払いまで済んだ部屋の鍵を渡してくれません。受付のスタッフは態度が最悪で話すのではなく、叫んできます。絶対にオススメしません。

We always strive to enable our guests to check in as quickly as possible. You have booked ten rooms with us, even if all rooms have already been paid for, we have to record the data of every traveler - in Austria this is due to the registration law - we are obliged to do this. You have also already paid for the room in advance, but not the local tax, which has to be paid on site. We therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot simply hand over the room cards without taking the necessary steps. Also we are currently working on a new concept with a new hotel software to speed up the check-in process for our guests. We are sorry that we did not manage to meet your expectations. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Personal Freundlich die Zimmer sauber. Uns fehlte ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Pünktlich um 23:00 Uhr war es ruhig im Hotel , so wie es sein sollte! Das Essen war für uns in Ordnung, Das Restaurant erinnerte mich etwas an eine Kantine. Schöne Bar und Terrasse zum entspannen nach dem Abendessen. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze . Preise für Getränke völlig in Ordnung! Kellner die uns bedient habe waren sehr kompetent und freundlich.

Nicht unser Hotel aber absolut ok
Das Check in dauerte recht lange. Es waren viele Gäste am Tresen aber nur eine Empfangsdame. Diese hat einen guten Job gemacht wie das Servicepersonal im Restaurant auch. Immer hilfsbereit und allzeit bereit.

Una stanza con le montagne
Hotel delizioso, una camera molto grande con tanto spazio. Molto curato e pulito. Bello il succo di frutta di benvenuto (ci voleva dopo 5 ore di macchina!). Una colazione nella media con una scelta abbastanza ampia. Bellissima la vista delle montagne
