"They were currently remodeling but they had convenient work arounds in place and the room was clean and comfortable. The AC was not working properly in our room but it was cool enough we slept with the window open and was fine."

Definitely not a huge deal and pretty easy to access but was not aware of that until we checked in. Otherwise rooms were clean, staff was friendly when we checked in and we had no issues. Will definitely stay there again!"

"I was welcomed by a sign saying call for assistance. A woman answered, clearly irritated by the inconvenience and then rudely ask if I had a reservation. She did not have my prepaid accommodations available nor did she apologize. She gave me the next downgrade. The room was fine until the next morning when we noticed that the bathroom had many ants.
