Super nice place and such friendly and service minded staff who also spoke English very well. We stayed at an apartment. It was super nice, and had everything we needed. We were especially happy about how clean everything was, and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing not fantastic were the towels, that were close to useless

Great base for the Harz area

We stayed here for three days to visit the Harz National Park and mountains. We were shown the property by a really friendly receptionist at the adjacent hotel. There is a really well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a table and chairs outside. We could order bread for the morning which was delivered to the door. It was walking distance to all the main parts of the town and a great choice of restaurants for dinner. So many things to do in the Harz, lots of walking, cycling, lovely scenery.

Sehr geräumig und sauber

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich. Die Lage war für uns optimal, die Innenstadt ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen und hat man Nachts absolute Ruhe. Für einen Stellplatz fürs Auto muss man bei der Unterkunft extra bezahlen, dies sahen wir nicht ein und parkten daher kostenlos wenige hunderte Meter weiter. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr modern, aufgeräumt und einladend. Das Apartment Steinberg ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten viel Platz und fanden so ziemlich alles, was wir für zwei Nächte brauchten. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Stühle am Esstisch sind leider ziemlich hart und man möchte nicht lange auf denen verweilen. Auch das Bett war für uns beide unbequem, wir hatten beide nach einer Nacht bereits untere Rückenschmerzen und baten am Folgetag nach einem weichen Topper. Die Reaktion an der Rezeption war leider sehr schnippisch und unfreundlich. Uns wurde zwar einer zugesagt, aber in der zweiten Nacht merkten wir keinen großen Unterschied. Das wichtigste bei einer Unterkunft ist nun mal ein ordentliches Bett. Die heutigen Matratzen scheinen allesamt, als ob sie null nachgeben und so bekommt man leider Rückschmerzen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft wie oben beschrieben wirklich top. Wir nutzen auch die kostenpflichtige Sauna am Abreisetag, sehr erholsam. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Goslar würden wir wieder kommen und vorher nach einem extra zweiten Topper fragen.

Alles Top, vor allem mit (Klein-) Kind

Wir haben in dem Appartement Steinberg wunderbar ungestörte, entspannte Tage mit einem Kleinkind verbracht. Die Küche war für alle Bedürfnisse ausgestattet. Das gesamte Appartement war sehr sauber, das Bad geräumig mit Kopf- und Handdusche und ausreichend Handtücher. Warmwasser, Heizung, Lampen funktionierten einwandfrei. Es war sehr geräumig für uns drei Personen. Das Schlafsofa war mit Matratze und somit eine gute zweite Bettgelegenheit. Für das Baby gab es ein Kinderbett. Zimmerservice wäre jederzeit möglich gewesen, wir haben jedoch das ungezwungene, autarke Wohnen bevorzugt. Es gab einen Reinigungsraum, so dass wir selbst staubsaugen konnten, bei Bedarf auch Wäsche hätten waschen können. Die Lage war top, ruhig und so zentral, so dass alles zu Fuß möglich war. Also alles sehr komfortabel, mit (Klein-) Kindern umso mehr.

Lækker lejlighed tæt på byens centrum

Ros: Fin og ren lejlighed med god plads og komfortable møbler Godt udstyret køkken inkl. kaffemaskine til espresso kapsler og de mest nødvendige rengøringsting som f.eks. sulfo, vaskemaskine tabs,viskestykke og andet. God central placering i forhold til at gå på opdagelse i den gamle by i Goslar som er super hyggelig med gode spisesteder Ris: Parkeringsplads for lille hvilket gjorde at garagen ikke kunne lukkes, specielt da havde betalt ekstra for at holde i lukket garage. Morgenbrødet morgen buffetten var kedeligt og buffetten var en smule overpriced. Der findes adskillige bagerier i nærheden af hotellet så der er alternativer. Internetforbindelsen i lejligheden var meget langsom og ustabil

Immer wieder gerne

Wir hatten ein Apartment und es war alles sehr schön und alles vorhanden was man brauchte, alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was uns nicht gefiel war das unser Schlafzimmer direkt an der Straße lag und daher sehr laut war. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir ein anderes Apartment nehmen wo das Schlafzimmer nach hinten liegt. Ansonsten trotz der Einschränkungen von corona immer wieder gerne.
