"Easy parking, fresh breakfast options, clean rooms, relaxing outdoor patio, and easy access to areas around Wake Forest and Raleigh. My only criticism is there were no extra blankets and notepads and pens. The fridge setting was too high too as my bottled water froze."

Staff member checking us in, who we interacted with several times during our stay, was welcoming, personable, efficient and the reason I would definitely return when in the Wake Forest area. "I initially booked through expedia for the wrong dates and immediately contacted them to make a change. Expedia told me they tried reaching the hotel multiple times but received no response and as a result i was still charged for the first night as a cancelation fee. This was disappointing. During our stay, there were 4 of us in one room and we needed clean towels the next day(like everyday). When we asked housekeeping, the employee told us our room wasn't scheduled for service until day 3 and...

"My biggest dislike was that the coffee station in the room and in the lobby were not great at all. "

"It was ok ... the bathrooms could've been cleaner it was lots of hair in my shower and the floor of the shower has stains that look like dirt i tried to remove it with a towel but i guess its just stains but overall its a ok place to stay just clean the bathrooms a little better! "

"The key mashine was not working for at least a month. Only gave us one key. If you left the key in the room, someone from reception had to go up with you to open the room for you. Sometimes you had to wait a long time because there was only one staff member with the hotel in its max occupancy. Some members of the staff did not have any urgency to help with the situation. "
