Beautiful room. Nice hotel. Good amenities

It is just a lovely retreat in a beautiful location. The hotel rooms are a lovely minimalist Japanese design, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I wish we had more time to stay here longer, and it's one of the very few places I would absolutely return to without hesitation.

Staff were beyond helpful, room was amazing and was such a special stay for us! Tha k you to all the team!

This was the last hotel of our travels around Japan and I am glad we saved it for last. For our family it was perfect and an amazing experience. We stayed in one of the villas which are a short walk from the main building. The villa was really quaint, with its own inside and outside bath. After being in Japan for 10days and staying in relatively modern hotels with small rooms, it was delightfully refreshing to be staying in a hotel where room space was more than adequate. Yes, the decor is old fashioned and may appear tired however the surroundings, the staff and the excellent service more than compensate. All staff spoke excellent English and could not do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The "silver" service at breakfast is far above anything I have experienced before...

Beautiful location and ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of a busy 3 day stay at Tokyo

wonderful place, comfort, beautiful. Bird bath (onsen) is so nice. A must stay in Hakone.

This is outstanding. Huge room with private onsen overlooking the beach. The highest standards. Would love to return

Cashless Hotel , good location for the cable car

Wonderful place

Amenities and location

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff and we had a comfortable room! We definitely recommended the private onsens as this was the highlight of our stay. There are regular buses available from directly outside the hotel and a few restaurants around as well.

Everything! The staff were attentive, the room was immaculate and the food was sensational.

Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. Attentive and patient.
