The staff was really nice and the breakfast was better than most hotels that offer free breakfast. The property is a little run down however. Our TV was taped together. The plumbing looked like a total hack job. Tiles in bathroom didn’t look clean.

I had a terrible stay at Dialog Hotel Örgryte in September 2025. My first room was infested with bed bugs — I woke up from a crawling sensation and discovered that the entire bed was covered with bed bugs. I immediately reported this, but the staff’s indifferent attitude made it clear this was not a new problem. I was moved to a second room, but it was just as bad — insects (e.g. silverfish), filthy bathrooms, and a terrible smell throughout the hotel. I provided the hotel with clear evidence, including photos of the bites and room, a medical certificate, and detailed documentation, yet my complaint was completely ignored. Expedia did contact the hotel on my behalf, but nothing was achieved except a refusal to issue any refund. The whole experience was not only disgusting but deeply distressing. I paid almost €600 for 4 nights that put my health at risk. I had to seek medical treatment when I got home due to my entire body being covered with bed bug bites. Instead of proper compensation, the hotel offered me a mere €90 voucher, which I rejected outright – as it is entirely inappropriate. I will most definitely never stay at this hotel again. Their lack of responsibility and care was shocking. If you care about your health and well-being, please avoid this hotel at all costs. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

We liked this hotel for its location and offering free breakfast. Our room needed updating but it was clean. We had only some problems which the fire Alarm went off twice at night and we also could hear other people loud noise when we were asleep

The hotel itself need a refresh. The odors in the hallways is terrible. Our room had blood splattered on the curtains like someone got murdered in the room. The beds are ok but way too soft. But for one night its fine. Breakfast was a really good one a lot of choices. If you are picky this is not your place to stay. If its for a pit stop perfect.

I did not stay here. Made a mistake in selecting the date (wrong month) with restricted booking (no changes allowed) . Tried to get help fixing within minutes and it was not possible. Called the hotel and different agents gave different information about making the change. Only consistent info was, if I had used the hotels direct booking (instead of hotels.com) this would have been possible

Friendly staff. This hotel was built in the 1950s (no renovations completed) - DO NOT expect anything lavish. The rooms are very old and outdated, including the bathrooms. No mirror in my bathroom, either. Soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. Noise was an issue in my room - You can hear the other rooms on either side when the water is running (showering, flushing toilet). Heating in the room did not work. I stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately I would not stay again.

Hade man kunnat ge minus skulle detta boende få det. Så himla dåligt. Exempel; Lös inredning på toalett och dusch, inte tillräckligt med handdukar, ofräscht. Frukosten var under all kritik, hade kunnat slå i ett spik med brödet. Påpekade till personalen som ryckte på axlarna. Kaffet var genomskinligt. Ingen respons från personal när kritik framförs. Avråder starkt att boka detta bende.

Dålig info om parkering, ringde numret och fick veta om ett parkeringshus visade sig sedan vara fullt. Fick leta parkering länge runt omkring hotellet. Slitna rum, osköna sängar, dålig frukost (inte god). Ett plus att det fanns ett litet kylskåp. Toan/duschen kändes fräsch.
En utav sängarna var en hård bäddsoffa som t o m min 11 åringa son fick ont av att ligga i.

Amazing.

Amazing hotel, yeah its old but it's clean and it includes a decent and healthy breakfast. Coffee is trash but who cares, service is polite and friendly, room is spacious and bathroom is ok. If you're not very pretentious this is what you need wjen visiting Goteborg, it's very conveniently located. It even has a sauna and a gym, though the gym is a bit outdated and trashy lol. You can even have tasty thai dinner at the hotel's restaurant, it's excellent and cheap.

80-talet ringde och ville ha tillbaka detta hotell. Hotellet behöver renoveras. Inget fel men ändå daterat. Supertrevlig kille i receptionen. Dyr men bra parkering fanns.
