The hotel is in a great location and is a quaint comfortable stay in a repurposed older building, done in a clever way. No real options for self catering for travellers ie no fridge or kettle etc.

Great property. Shared bathrooms, but kept clean. For the price, a very good value. Simple breakfast included, but had soft-boiled eggs in addition to other things, so I thought that was nice! Check in is slightly confusing. Best to call them directly when you arrive at the property. Entry for Le Mat is immediately to the right of “Beerista” bar, which is actually a nice and reasonably priced little bar, and right there!

I'm glad I chose to stay at Le Mat. The location was great and the accommodation was clean, comfortable and good value for money. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I'd happily stay here again.

Great value for money!!

I really enjoyed my stay and will for sure come back. The value for money was amazing. I loved the location and standart of the hotel. The only minus is the late check in at 4 pm which is too late. I had to wait in reception to check in which is my only complaint.

Surprised by how clean this B&B was. Great location in the city, within walking distance to all important sights & shops. The breakfast vatiety is very small but it's alright to start the day with it.

The location is conveniently close to a bus stop to the airport, as well as the city center. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Sound isolation was unfortunately poor, and the city's noises kept me up until 2 to 3 am. The curtains also barely block any light, so the sun stirred me awake at around 6. Despite not being able to sleep very long, I was able to get a decent enough rest, and for a one night stay it worked well enough.
