"The villa was over two floors with the bedrooms being downstairs and therefore cooler overall.
The reception was manned at all times and were so helpful and friendly. Even offered to give us a list to the local town if we didn't want to drive. A car was needed due to the location but that worked well for us and parking was fine.
The facilities were great inside and out - had everything we needed and the welcome package was a nice touch. The pool was pretty private and big enough to do a little...
"Niko is a nice spacious hotel with a few quirks that give it character. There are two pools one on the 9th floor which is knee deep and one on the 5th which is sufficiently deep for swimmers. The views from both pools are excellent and each has their oen bars. Sun beds on the 5th floor are for the early birds to "nab" but as the day progresses availability increases. We did not find any problem getting sun longers on the 9th.

Viele der Zimmer haben einen eigenem Pool (empfehlenswert), andere teilen weitere größere Pools, die dann auch nur von den Zimmern mit „Swim-up“-Option genutzt werden können (diese sind nicht für die Allgemeinheit - bspw. der auf den Fotos zu sehende „schlangenförmige“ Pool). Il est tres bien situé a 5 mn a pieds du centre (lac). Très propre, disposant d'un ascenseur.
La chambre (201) donne une magnifique vue sur la mer et l'île juste en face, avec une belle terrasse, bien orientée pour en profiter dès l'après-midi.
Les équipements sont un peu vieillots mais fonctionnels. La clim meriterait une petite réparation car 2 volets sur les trois sont cassés et il est difficile dorienter le debit d'air....
"Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean.
Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! "
