"I only stayed here one night, because I needed to fly out the next day. I got in very late and could not get an Uber for over 20minutes and there were not many people around to even ask for help. I called Marriott customer service who explained that I should take the shuttle to Terminal 3. You will see signs for CitizenM in the airport and other airport hotels, which was extremely helpful! The walk was about 9 minutes. When I arrived the lobby was packed and loud because of a World Cup game but the staff came to help me right away and assured me that the game was almost over and you wouldn’t hear anyone in the rooms.
They also helped me setup a late checkout. In the morning I was assisted with checking out and a staff member helped me get my bags up to street level to get to the airport.
The Room is an interesting design, because you have to use the iPad control the lights and windows, which I wasn’t crazy about but it works. Just annoying if you want to use the bathroom at night and don’t remember to change the lights. The vanity light in the bathroom was the only thing not controlled with the iPad. The shower bathroom combo was also interesting.
I personally think this hotel is perfect if you don’t need to go into Paris (it is completely outside of Paris proper) and are needing to be by the airport and catch a flight or if you need to be closer to the suburbs because of the RER station being there.
Clean hotel, great staff!"
