"Very nice, well taken care of. Comfortable bed abd spacious room, shower was large and had a great shower head. Had a great choice of breakfast foofs to choose from. Will use Comfort Inn & Suites again."

"Elevator didn't work. Fitness center was not available and I had to have my key reset every day. Breakfast was terrible and I stayed in Greensboro NC two weeks ago at the same hotel and it was great."

"The hotel was great. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was exceptional. My little great granddaughter got sick and needed extra towels and they brought them within 5 minutes. Couldn’t ask for a better stay and service."

"Mountain Inn is awesome, the people that work here are beyond nice make you feel at home. The Inn itself is Beautiful the rooms are very very nice, I have a pitbull and they make her feel very welcome, and that’s the most important thing to me. This is the best place to get a room in all of Hendersonville NC I highly recommend this Inn itself a 10+"

"The ladies running the breakfast were the best I’ve ever seen. Better than any high dollar hotel. Front desk was great as well. It was a busy graduation weekend and they were gracious and polite. This is where we will stay again in the future"

"Room was clean and spacious. All kitchen utensils must be supplied by customer. Laundry room was large with multiple washer and dryer’s. Staff were helpful and friendly. Now here are my complaints, fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night. Other rooms were very loud during the middle of the night. I had multiple rooms playing loud music all through the night. Hotel is worth the price but some of the customers made it hard me to enjoy."

"The hotel was ok for an overnight would not recommend for anything longer. Elevator is very slow and damaged. Hotel does not have any liquor license if that matters to anyone. "

"The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling."
