"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "

"Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location to enjoy everything Tenby has to offer. Everything was easy from booking, to fab communication and an easy check in process. Simon recommended a parking space in a nearby street, which saved us paying for the car park, which was an added bonus.
