"Young person’s around on work exerience were supernice and helpful. More mature staff did not show proactive approach on simple questions. We we not clearly understand the onsite restuarant options and booking for everything was instisted, but not finally needed. Good food was experienced, but better structure to guests recommended. Seating allocation was also problemetic even when booking a place.. we survived, but at such a hotel should be better."

"From the moment we arrived at reception to the moment we left we had an amazing stay. Reception right away gave us some amazing suggestions for places to visit and eat as well as supplying a map of the Island and the buses needed to get to destinations. Breakfast was a nice buffet with lots of choices. We would highly recommend staying here."

"Lovely hotel, handy location near to the beach area and lots of restaurants. We ate in 5 of them and all of them were excellent. The pool staff on the rooftop pool were very friendly and helpful helping to find sun loungers together. We never had an issue finding 2 together at any time of the day. A relaxing break in a lovely hotel."
