"I've had the opportunity to stay previously at the Hyatt and was pleased with the remodeling and updates to the rooms. The only suggestions would be to install shower bars in the showers and a shelf in the shower area for the bath towels so you have someplace to put the towels while showering."

"Breakfast was amazing! Not to shabby at all. The pool super cool indoor to outdoor pool. The gym is like brand new renovated it’s super nice and clean and lots of good equipment! The tub was draining weird so it got dirty quickly and there was something else that was a minor thing that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would gladly come back for another."

"The staff seemed bothered to check me on and out. The paint was peeling in the ceiling in the shower. The hall smelled like Indian food. The elevator was broken. The hand soap was out in my room and not refilled. All in all there is much to improve to get even to a 2"

"Reserved a King room. Was told at checking none available due to renovations and was offered free breakfast vouchers. Rooms are in fairly bad condition. For how new-ish this hotel is, it has not been upkept. "

"Absolutely loved my stay here! The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire team went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Highly recommend."

"100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. Bianca, thank you for your help. This is not on IHG. This is a cluster by Expedia."

"Property was as advertised with clean and quiet rooms that had a divider curtain in the 2beds rooms."

"Larger than usual bathroom Bottled water would have been nice. Breakfast, while average, was appreciated. No need to eat the same thing in a chain."

"Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean. The pool was satisfactory. The breakfast was lacking some. It would’ve benefitted from some eggs and sausage/bacon. We only had two towels in our room. When I asked about getting more, housekeeping said that there was a shortage of towels and that they had no idea where they were disappearing to. She said there was a load in the wash and they would bring us some when they were done. We got three new ones for the next day."

"Our train was late getting in until 11 o’clock. We overslept for breakfast, but they were kind enough to wait on us. We really appreciated that. They impressed us with their accommodations."
