Urine stains on the carpet & iron stain on top of the ottoman. So dirty & unacceptable I was directed to file a report with the Health Department. Short towels No toilet paper No Kleenex Staff was uncooperative & refused to change my room to a clean room

A side from the obvious outdated premises in every sense, I witnessed cockroaches in the lobby around the free coffee area. Never again!

The rooms.were nice and clean only one.elevator.worked for the entire hotel. The check in.cleark.did not mention that the breakfast was 15.00 a person unless you paid at check in it was only 10.00 So then we Had to go elsewhere and spend.mote money to eat

There is only one person staffing the entire hotel; if you want them to bring up a bottle of water or some tissues, you either have to go down and get it yourself or wait until the next day.

Rug in room was damp all weekend but since it was completely booked they couldn’t move our family, in addition, If you plan on charging anything to your room, make sure that when you check out they give you a receipt. For a $10 pizza, I added to my room with a $3 tip. They charged me $28.74. And receptionist could explain to me as to why. Unfortunately, I’m Still waiting on manager to call me back

booked through Expedia for a wedding event. The hotel is good, no complaints. Friendly staff. Clean. Great location. Our only issue is specifically with Expedia over charging us $ 100. 2 night stay actual charge by hotel was $100 cheaper on my receipt. Contacted Expedia but they refuse to refund me the overage.

Parking is easy, secure, and plentiful. Everything is nice, although the rooms could use a bit of updating, and my room was very dark. There were two lamps. One sat in the far corner, but I couldn't use it, as I needed the outlet for my stuff. The second was between the beds. One bulb wasn't working, and the light didn't add much to the room.

Idk what the issue is exactly but there was an absolutely overwhelming sewage smell. I was on the 400 floor at the low end of the numbers. Anyone who disputes this either hasn’t been there or lacks the sense of smell.

We were disappointed the breakfast bar was shut down that weekend. But the staff was super friendly. A large crowd came in and the staff handled it with grace.
