"Filthy. Rooms smelled like cigarettes, bathroom lights didn’t work, security chain on door broken, torn bottom sheet, NO top sheet, only one bath towel and one wash cloth, shower dirty or stained. When we arrived, two others had been waiting 20 minutes for desk staff. Avoid at all costs!"

"This was such a horrible experience and stay! Firstly, clerk was on phone foreve, no greeting or acknowledgment. Second clerk comes out and helped someone else behind me and never spoke to me. Waitress in restaurant showed no emotions and barely spoke to us. Adult drink area was filthy and drinks were spilled everywhere, trash everywhere this was only 7:00 pm. Went to pool/spa, so many kids jumping from pool to hot tub splashing us in the face. Room full of very young teen girls, yelliny, cussing and laughing till 4:30 am. Called desk three times and nothing was done. Upon check out, was told I couldn't have a receipt since I booked through here. She was very rude as I needed a paper receipt and said it was against policy! Way too expensive for this kind of stay and treatment! Never again.."

"Great place to stay when we had to cancel a stay elsewhere at the last minute. Reasonable rate despite the INSANE price of hotels in Abilene these days. The staff was super friendly and helpful. "

"I was really hopeful this hotel would be better but it was awful. The clean towels were gray and dirty, the AC wasn’t working correctly the first night and there’s no window. I wish it had been better but it was awful. A waste of $300 "

"This hotel needs lots of things fixed!!! The door wouldn’t hardly close, the floors were dirty, neither electrical outlets in the bathroom worked, the curtains wouldn’t close, there was only 1 towel, we tried to use the phone to call the front desk and it wouldn’t work, the plugs on the lamps wouldn’t work, and we had to go down to the front desk and find out how to get the tv to work. There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor and the pantry was empty. "

"I waited over 45 minutes to check into my pre payed room! Room was not very clean and had a bad odor. The shower mechanism was loose and controlling the temperature was difficult! Pool area had rust on the floor. My granddaughter cut her toe on a broken tile on the floor of the pool area. The jazzuci was green! Breakfast of out of waffle batter, out of yogurt and we arrived an hour before it closed. I have stayed here several times in the past few years but we will not stay here in the future!"

"The whole place wasn't very clean. The night check in lady was not very friendly at all. The mornong lady was awesome, but there was no coffee. The bed reeked of like a bar, making it very hard to sleep."
