"Casa Fuster is a beautiful, historic property close to great shopping and restaurants. We had a very nice room with Familia La Sagrada in the background. Hotel has a very large lounge on the main floor which was hopping when we were there. The breakfast, which was fine, is served in a windowless basement restaurant. The staff were excellent. "I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Aparthotel Silver. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. My room was adjacent to a terrace with a wonderful view. The full kitchen made my stay very convenient. I was traveling with a mobility scooter which, unfortunately, would not fit into the small elevator on the property, but the staff made accommodations in the adjacent garage that made it possible for me to use it. "This property is an apartment and it was in the PERFECT location. It is between two subway stops which is a bonus. Laundry facilities within walking distance. Park Güell within walking distance. Felt safe walking at 2am like it was 2pm. Staff was great. Very responsive when reaching out. Another thing that makes this place great is its location. It is not just touristy and somebplace where people are trying to sell you things and stuff. I was there with my family and felt completely safe. I...

The self service check in machine issued a card that didn't work so at 11.30pm we weren't very pleased to spend half an hour on the phone in a cramped hot hallway speaking to someone who kept telling us to go to a different number apartment that didn't exist. "The location is far away from all main attractions. We booked for a non-smoking room and we could smell the smoking from the hall to the inside apartment. It was very bad. When complained, they fixed the problem by putting an air cleaning machine in our room and we were asked to be out of the apartment for two hours. The air quality was temporarily better when we were back and back to its initial condition after one day. The noise level was also very high in the surrounding neighborhood. The...
