"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "I had a fantastic time staying at the railway Hotel! The staff is very friendly, the accommodations were charming, and you cannot beat the ease of transport with it being right across the street to the railway station. They were awesome very kind holding my bags while I was at the festival and activities. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to you and travels from abroad! Also, highly recommend the avocado toast for breakfast as it fills you up and keeps you going :) Thank you again to the staff!"

"We arrived at the hotel early evening and the staff were polite and friendly. They requested about the purpose of our stay and on telling them we were there for an event offered us an upgrade on our room. The room provided was spacious with a large comfortable bed - though it was quite high! We also had breakfast booked for the morning and there was plenty of choice for both of us - I had a cooked breakfast, while my wife opted for continental - both options were freshly prepared. All in all, I would definitely stay there again. The outside area of the bar is a delight and gives you the feeling of being in southern Europe rather than the UK!"
