"We went a whole day without water and was told it would be about an hour or two before it will be fixed…and said the same over and over throughout the day. I understand it was the city’s fault and not that of the hotel. They gave us a so called generous discount of 20%. The room should have been comped for that day.
Also the hallway was extremely hot with seemingly no air conditioning. The rooms were also hot and the little air conditioning was inadequate at best - especially at night trying to...
