Boa localização, perto do centro (5min de carro), mas longe da muvuca, quarto amplo, banheiro com chuveiro ótimo pra nós mulheres com cabelos longos kkkkk seguindo na mesma linha, o secador de cabelo é bem forte (pro padrão dos secadores de hotel). Café da manhã bem servido, com muitas opções e vou deixar minha estrelinha pra panqueca de doce de leite (delis)! Toda a equipe muito cordial e solicita. Único ponto negativo é que achamos a laje um pouco fina e os vizinhos de cima era bem barulhentos (a ponto de andar de salto alto quase meia noite e de manhã cedo, antes do café da manhã). Nada que atrapalhasse nossa experiência, as vezes um problema maior de educação das outras pessoas mesmo. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Atendimento excelente

Ficamos hospedados durante um final de semana neste hotel e foi maravilhoso. O quarto super confortável, chuveiro bom e o atendimento é espetacular. Todos os funcionários muito educados e solicitos. Há uma delicadeza e um cuidado com os hóspedes que não se vê em todo lugar. Chegamos e fomos recebidos com uma mensagem e brigadeiros no quarto, que se repetiu para as noites seguintes - sempre um mimo para os hóspedes. O café da manhã é incrível! Muita variedade e algo que eu nunca vi - não tem horário de encerramento, apenas quando o último hóspede toma café. No checkout uma sacola com cookies e água geladinha para nos acompanhar na viagem. Sem dúvidas voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui numa próxima vinda a Gramado.

O hotel é incrível, atendimento excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso e tudo de muito bom gosto. Eu sou alérgico tenho asma; pedi ao hotel que tivessem cuidado com a limpeza do quarto e não tive nenhum problema respiratório durante a estadia o que é muito comum toda vez que eu viajo. Recomendo muito esse hotel! Amei!

Atendimento excelente. Todos muito atenciosos e prestativos, em especial, Marcelo, Patrícia e os recepcionistas da noite. Única sugestão de melhoria seria em relação ao café da manhã: colocar mais funcionários para atendimento; faltam opções de cucas e bolos, que é o que se espera em um café na serra; disponibilizar café em térmicas, que fiquem à disposição dos hóspedes, o fato de esperar que tragam até a mesa causa demora e, muitas vezes, o café chega frio. No mais, tivemos uma ótima estadia com nosso pet.

Hotel impecável, voltaria mil vezes. O hotel é super novo, a estética é linda em cada detalhe. São extremamente receptivos, todos os funcionários são educados e super atenciosos. O café da manhã é bem servido, com tudo de muita qualidade e são flexíveis quanto ao horário. Eu diria que é até acima de um padrão internacional, é um atendimento e qualidade de um hotel de luxo.

Fantástico!

O hotel é super novo (tem uns 6 meses). A arquitetura é linda. Fomos recepcionados pelo gerente com taças de espumante, enquanto eles preparavam nosso checkin. Aliás, o atendimento foi impecável do início ao fim. Tem manobrista, carregadores de malas, etc. O conforto do quarto é excelente. Toalhas de primeira qualidade, cama boa. Achei o tamanho do quarto um pouco apertado, mas não chega a torna-lo desconfortável por isso. Mas o ponto alto é o café da manhã, que NAO TEM HORA PRA ENCERRAR. Isso mesmo, a hora que você resolver tomar café da manhã, estará disponível. Achei o máximo do luxo isso. No café, além do buffet tradicional com tudo que um bom café da manhã deve ter, há opções a la carte. Pedimos ovos beneditos, que estava excelente. Enfim, já é meu hotel favorito em Gramado e recomendo de olhos fechados.
