O quarto estava em boas condicoes, mas precisa ser modernizado, principalmente o banheiro. A conexao à TV travava a todo instante, inviabilizando assistir qualquer programa. Os elevadores estavam com as paredes internas muito sujas. Nos ultimos dias de hospedagem, o buffet de cafe da manha foi reduzido drasticamente, a ponto de o balcao ficar praticamente vazio de um lado, sem que fosse dada qualquer explicacao, deixando as opcoes de refeicao, que ja nao eram muitas, ainda menores. Os equipamentos da academia, que é minuscula (3x6m2 aproximadamente), sao poucos, velhos e sem manutencao, a ponto de nenhuma das esteiras estarem funcionando. Alem delas, havia apenas uma estacao de musculacao e uma bicicleta ergometrica, pelo que lembro.

O hotel é muito bom. Confortável, bem localizado, café da manhã farto. Mas o estacionamento é pago e caro! Quartos para 4 pessoas fica bem apertado mas se a ideia é só ficar pra tomar um banho e dormir, atende bem pela relação custo benefício. Piscina quentinha, sauna, brinquedoteca, academia atendem bem! Retornaria.

Hotel muito bom no geral, a cama é maravilhosa. As duas coisas que não gostamos tanto foi o barulho dos carros que passavam na pista incomodava e a camida do jantar a lacarte não estava muito boa. Mesmo assim gostamos do hotel. O café é muito bom.

Hotel excelente custo-benefício em Gramado

Hospedagem atendeu a expectativa, café da manhã farto e com muitas variedades de excelente qualidade. Achei quarto quádruplo pequeno , pouco espaço para 4 pessoas. Banheiro pequeno , porém atende o esperado. No geral, me hospedaria novamente no hotel, pois a relação custo-benefício vale a pena.

Minha experiencia nao foi legal.

Viagem a Familia, ar condicionado nao esquentava, tiveram que emprestar aquecedor. O chuveiro tambem nao esquentou, ficou um temperatura morna. Tinha vazamento no box, mesmo com a porta de vidro fechada, ainda assim vazava agua para fora do box. A acustica das janelas quarto terrivel, ficamos no quarto de frente, então todos movimentos fora do hotel, da estrada pareciam que estavam denrto do quarto.
