"Very friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet, easy parking."

"The hotel is very good nice staff, everything is fine and OK but I only problem is the mattress, the mattress is not standard it's not orthopaedic like most standard, top hotels but string - made, very bad for the back, which i told them to take that into consideration."

I didn't know if we could order food or if it was just a buffet and the buffet was not easy to see. There were two employees working that just kept walking by me before I figured it out. Not friendly at all. The only reason I stayed here was the location, would not stay here again. Room was very small and if you have luggage hard to get into the room. I did have a single room on the corner."

"The staff and accommodations at the Osprey Hotel were exceptional. Staff members at front desk, buffet, coffee shop, Bar, Spa and Leisure Center were attentive and helpful. Location being close to town for walking and close proximity to public transportation made this hotel a prime choice for me. "
