"Service was fine, we had originally booked for a King size bed and when we arrived they told us that there weren't anymore. Which was fine. As we get to the room start unpacking I noticed the shower had HAIR from previous guest and as well as 1 of the 2 queen bed.We slept in the bed that was "clean". Hotel rooms need to be PROPERLY cleaned before opened to guest. Overall, I will not recommend or stay at another Hilton Hotel. "

"Very clean in all ways. Only 2 negatives are the parking was limited/shared with businesses. Also , upon arrival ( I got there around 11:45) I simply asked if by chance my room may be ready . Without even asking my reservation information or even looking at ( or even pretending to) look at computer the staff told me in a rude tone “No. Check in is at 3:00. It’s just now check out time. No rooms are ready”. I wasn’t upset at all, I asked nicely because I travel a lot and sometimes I arrive earlier than expected and will check to see if by chance my room is ready. 9/10 times , it is indeed ready! I was just a little surprised by the way she spoke to me. "

"Parking was less than optimal. I checked in late at night and the entire front parking lot was occupied. I did park there but blocked practically every vehicle and got up early in the morning to move it out to the street. The parking spots are not totally marked and the host does not give clear instructions on what happens if you block someone else. And street parking is also not easy"

"The room we stayed in was clean and it had a straight path to the pool. Parking was also good since I was able to park in front of my room. The bathtub you can tell was run down and it took a while to get hot water running, but I like to take hot steaming showers. Also just so anyone is made aware that they ask for a $100 security deposit which to me caught me off guard because I was only expecting to pay for the room. Hopefully I do get a return on that deposit. Overall had a great stay here."
