Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little tricky to find. Fortunately we were able to ask people we met on the street and they were able to direct us.

The building was in a great location and the staff were friendly. The room we had had a very old mattress that sagged on both sides. The room had an air freshener that was so strong we had to place it outside the room. We have to clean the shower before using it. The building main spaces are a wonderful reflections of the properties history. Breakfast and the staff were really nice.

Great location - all the main sights were within walking distance. The building had great character - and therefore wasn't ultra-modern - and the breakfast was extensive. Staff at reception and in the dining area were all lovely.
