Wonderful apartment right in the middle of downtown. Walking distance from tourist attractions, shopping and lots of restaurant options. Place is as described on the pictures and even better. We loved our stay there, cozy and with all the amenities you could need. We definitely consider it for our next trip.

Love the location, how beautiful and equipped the room was. Landlord was communicative and attentive. If I could mention something to improve would be to ensure rooms are dusted in the top areas and specially the bed and lastly to try to do something with the sewer gas leake. Not sure if theres anything to be done but Ill mention it for awareness.

It was in a perfect location in Granada. The apartment was beautiful. First night the neighbors were so loud all night. But it was beautiful once they were gone.

This property has a lot of potential. They started out right with good decor but missed when it came to the quality of the installation of things like fans, faucets, and dehumidifier. (The kitchen faucet, for instance wasn’t even attached to the counter). Our host Lucia was kind and responsive. The bed was not comfortable - rather than using King sheets to make one bed for us, we had two twins just pushed together We did have major issues with the cleanliness of the apartment, most notably with the bathroom. There was pink bacterial mildew on shower grout, insect nests and cow webs above the shower, and hair that hadn’t been cleaned from a previous guest. The bathroom also had that smell of damp/mould that made you want to get out of there immediately. The exhaust fan was caked with dust. We did ask for a cleaning but the first time the cleaners came they only addressed one area of the shower and didn’t bother to look up and see the bug eggs and hair that I’d specifically asked for them to clean. Lucia said they could return but timing didn’t work out. Location is excellent - very easy walk to all the sights. I think if they hired new cleaners who actually tooo the time to scrub floors and walls, and hired trades to come and fix the issues with ventilation and wobbly lights (the toilet flush buttons were almost falling off the wall), and swapping out the dirty floor rug that’s in there, and making a proper bed for couples, that it would be a much better unit.

Loved This Place! I had such a great stay at this place! The location is perfect—super central and close to everything I wanted to see and do. The decor is beautiful, really modern and cozy, and it made the whole place feel special. The only thing I’d mention is that you can hear a lot of noise from the street, especially at night. It didn’t ruin my stay at all, but if you’re a light sleeper, maybe bring some earplugs. Other than that, I honestly loved everything about it. I’d definitely come back!

We loved our stay at this property in Granada. It was right in the center of town but a couple streets away from the noise. The property itself was beautiful and very clean. It was great for our family as our two daughters loved the twin beds. My husband and I love running so we jogged around the area every morning.
