Dear Paul You booked an study with kitchen and bathroom, that is just what we assigned to the check in, as you demanded another, we gave you a one bedroom apartment, with kitchen and bathroom too, bigger than the one you reserved and we also made a discount, with the objective that you were more comfortable. The apartment is very nice, spacious, with views to the street (south orientation) and the "TYPICAL PATIO" entrance courtyard of the house. We are located in the best neighborhood of Granada, next to the Alhambra (better said: within the special protection plan of the Alhambra). Your comments are unfair and they are not true, he has written them with the aim of doing harm. Moreover, the vast majority of people who visit us, rate us with 4 or 5 out of 5. The women who works there was so friendly and welcoming. But the place was clean and the wifi was fabulous. It was nice having the amenities of an apartment (e.g. A washer in the room).
