Beautiful property with stunning views. The balcony with views of Alhambra were absolutely phenomenal. I had a medical emergency while staying and Justine who works the front desk was incredibly helpful to me with assisting me in canceling reservations and finding me a suitable replacement. Very greatful to her for all of her help.

Beautiful location. Very friendly check in staff. A bit disappointed in our room. View to the Alhambra was limited by the windowed structure on the balcony which was not in any of the room photos when booking. Quite loud street noise and the bathroom is a bit worn (broken floor tile).
The rooms are all unique and have their own character.

Excellent hotel!
Kind and warm staffs
Beautiful and cozy rooms
View is beautiful (you can see Alhambra though balcony)
Nice location (everythings are located within few minutes by walk)
Two thumbs up!!
Great location on an attractive little street, with views of the Alhambra. We got a room upgrade, so were very happy with that. Room was interesting and a good sized with a nice little balcony. Would have been nice to have coffee facilities in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Of all the hotels I have stayed , this is the BEST one! Service, location and the beautiful view of Alhambra just takes my breath away.
Thank you so much Rosa D’Oro for such a pleasant experience.
I will retune again and again!

They didn't have heat! We almost froze. Luckily the attendant moved my daughters and wife out of the icebox into another room. That was on top of them scamming me for 80 more Euros for beds that should have already been factored into what I'd already paid. It was a charming riad, in a great location with great views, but it is horribly managed. The do hire very nice attendants, but if I had it to do again, I'd avoid this place.
This is the basest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From check in to stay, I was well looked after, clean, quiet and safe!and The BEST view of Alhambra! Highly recommend this hotel! Two thumbs UP! The Receptionists were ALL wonderful and helpful!what a memorable time I had. Thank you!
As a solo traveller, this hotel has provided me with ever comfort, security and convenience. Not to mention the most gorgeous Juliet balcon any girl could have wished for!
What a treat it is to stay.
The staffs: beautiful Maya, gorgeous and handsome Santiago went out of there to make sure my stay was exceptional.
Thank you so much!

I had stayed at the Rosa del Oro years ago when it had another name. It’s still just as charming, built around a courtyard with views of the Alhambra. The rooms are not big and fancy, but very comfortable. You choose this hotel for its location and ambiance, not its amenities.
The location of this hotel is excellent. We walked the “back” way to the Alhambra, as shared by Santiago. That was an excellent choice and a bit of a secret, I think! No crowds. The staff is excellent- friendly and informative. My only complaint (as others have noted)is the standard room is VERY small. You can also hear your neighbors in adjoining rooms.
The front desk staff members were welcoming and helpful.
The room was spacious, however the pillows were too large and hard, making them uncomfortable. The shower was somewhat difficult to use. Most hotels provide complementary coffee and tea for hotel guests. Would be nice if that was included. To clarify, coffee and tea are available at a moderate cost. The hotel is in a good location, close to town and walkable to the Alhambra.
The hotel style is unique and charming. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job! Overall, we would definitely recommend.
This hotel is bursting with charm! The bed was very comfortable, but most importantly, the pillows! I have a neck issue so it was such a relief to have some support. The staff, especially Maya, are so welcoming and helpful, they speak very good english. I couldnt say enough good things about this hotel
Gorgeous old building, beautifully furnished with stunning view of Alhambra.

Large double suite with extra bed and lounging chairs. Grand traditional style, facing Alhambra, with a Spanish terrace window. Very romantic, tile everywhere.
There was an elevator, though hard to access - so we used it solely for schlepping our luggage to 3rd floor (we're in our 60s) - thus we did have a one-flight stair climb to get to the reception area. Despite it's charm there were no "amenities" to speak of. Housekeeping was excellent, but hotel did not stock ice. Small price to pay for Alhambra views at this price-point.
Best hotel with the best Staffs:: Maya, Vkada, and Santiago:
Thank you for making my trip a perfect one!
Please also thank the wonderful housekeeping lady for making my rooom super comfy!!
I can’t say enough about how amazing you have made my trip.
I recommend you highly and I will return!!

Good Location. Ok Hotel.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Very close to the foothill which goes up to the Alhambra. Lots of nice restaurants are also located close by.
I would recommend this to travelers looking for a no frills stay to save a few bucks which could otherwise be spent on lots of other things you could do in the city.

Small but comfortable
Building is lovely, old & full of character but is on first floor & above with no lift to it so luggage has to be carried up a high flight of stairs. The room was way too small for a double bed & you can’t swing a cat in the bathroom either but bed & pillows were very comfortable. Air con apparently operates in summer but opening window didn’t cool room down.
This a charming hotel in a gorgeous old building on the edge of the Albarracin District with views of the Alhambra. However, period charm does come at the ecpense of modern conveniences - the room and especially the bathroom was very small - there was no sink plug and the shower cubicle was rather rudimentary. The Wi-Fi did not work in the top floor rooms and there was no lift available to the first floor lobby. Enjoyed staying here but not sure i would do so again
