"The hotel was well located. Room was very comfortable and the staff was great. They went the extra mile when there was an issue with air conditioning and brought us a portable air conditioning for our room and the problem was quickly resolved. The laundry service was also very convenient! They wash, dry and fold your clothes for 35 euros. The breakfast was also great!"

"As two kiwi travellers, we had an excellent time at Hotel Los Angeles. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, beautiful views from the balcony and nice and quiet. Very close to the centre of town and Alhambra. The pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious and probably the highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Los Angeles!! "

"The Palacio Gran Via was one of my favorite solo stays. I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and felt comfortable right away. The hotel is gorgeous. My room was always clean. I am someone who tends to return to my hotel room multiple times a day to rest and recharge. Housekeeping somehow managed to tidy up while I was out each time. On a few occasions they left a sweet detail, like a chocolate or tiny bottled fragrance. Francisco and Alexia at the front desk were so kind and intuitive...

"Breakfast was good but could be a little chaotic at busy times. Would prefer more non-buffet options at lunchtime (the bar does have a small but acceptable menu). Loved the golf, table tennis, chess, entertainment (all free). Rooms were very good & clean. Parking could be a bit tricky to find a space. Not impossible- just could take a while.
