"We reserved a Comfort (or Premium) 2-Bedroom Apartment for up to 6 people. The website showed the same price regardless of the number of guests, so I kept the default of 1 person. However, a day before arrival, I was told there would be an extra charge for a second guest, which was not reflected online. It was too late to change accommodations, so I paid.
Charging per guest is understandable, but pricing should be clearly stated. The website should not display the same rate for different occupancy levels if additional fees apply.
The room was clean, quiet (important to me), and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the city center.
On a positive note, I requested early check-in and they accommodated it for an additional fee, which was clearly stated online and appreciated."
