Hotel dekat Grand Annex

"Basic functional room , nice updated bathroom, good location near cruise terminal. Manager was extremely pleasant and helpful."

"Close to cruise port with a shuttle ($10 pp) Clean with a friendly staff and onsite restaurant, but also nearby restaurants."

"Good"

"The location is excellent and safe. The building is ok outside but inside its old and no upgrade at all Bed covered are terrible only two small pillows. Sheet low quality but clean. The owner could have upgrade one unit at a time and make it attractive to visitors. Room we stayed is big but everything is old and not nice. I hope somebody buys it and renovate the whole place because the location is excellent they can fill them up for cruise travellers walking distance and no homeless....

"Well to start off, the shower head zero pressure. The towels were so small for the body. There was no “free water” that lounge we had to pay extra for, just to get water ?? Paying for parking that’s not even guaranteed, ridiculous."

"I don’t like That they don’t have elevator to bring our heavy luggage to the second floor. Everything else is great"

"Every aspect of my stay was exceptional. Beautiful hotel. I was upgraded to a Junior suite which was very kind. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel which I hope to do in the future."

"Exceptional front desk employees, especially Juan! And walking distance to alot. Very clean and modern, will definitely stay here again."

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the location was perfect for what I needed. A unique experience that I enjoyed very much."

"The staff at this hotel are superb. Best staff at a hotel I have ever visited in California. Maybe anywhere other than Japan. my bed was another story lumpy needs to be replaced. The rooms are worn. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Unless you are with someone who has good walking capability, it’s nothing but like a city environment right along the water, so it’s a lot of walking, but you can get DoorDash in for food which was really nice. Best Hotel stay on my entire trip."

"This hotel is like a motel 8 with some upgraded fixtures. Bedding is terrible- no duvet on the thin comforter for instance, shower had no pressure and was not hot. Staff was meh. No amenities. Not worth the money."
