He also disputed whether our reservation should be honored. We contracted through Cheaptickets to pay when we arrived. The area surrounding the complex was not like the photos on the website advertising the property. It was in a poorly developed part of town with no infrastructure to accommodate hotel...

"Zaihn at the reception allowed us very early check in and was kind enough to allow us late check out. She was extremely helpful, respectful and friendly. The room was clean, large soft towels, two complimentary large bottles of water, coffee/tea area, safe and fridge available for use. Only complaint was the shower kept flooding when we used it. Breakfast included was a vast choice of items and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There's a one minute walkway to get you into the grand Mall next...
