the lady at the counter is really kind and helpful. rooms needs an update there are old. the elevators does not work during our stay. the door behind the building can be open by anyone so everyone can enter to the rooms area. In general this hotel is a bit old

The hotel is great the only thing was the bed and pillows were not very comfortable the staff was very helpful if we go back to williams we will definitely stay there again

We stayed three nights and we asked for personal to clean our room, we even asked the manager for service and they never arrived. Room was dirty, we had to ask for towels, toilet paper and never arrived, we had to go to the lobby to get it. Don’t stay there.
