Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice. Bathroom ceiling could use some drywall and paint attention. Good room overall. Lose the AI kiosk. It’s a pain. Get real people to work the deal.

High Country Motor Lodge – Near NAU/Downtown
We love this place! We stay here every time we visit our son at NAU. The bar/lounge is our favorite. The music, board games, bartenders, fire pits are amazing. Rooms are so cute. They just need to use fabric softener bc every time we stay here, we have a firework show all night bc of the sparks coming ...

there was no hot water in our room. I reported it to the front desk. They said they would report it to maintenance. We never heard from maintenance
