"I want to say this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in all my travels from Cancun to El Salvador to Greece. This hotel was beyond my expectations! The staff were very friendly and helpful!! They welcomed us with this delicious drinks and cold towels. From the lobby to the halls and of course our room, everything was so beautiful decorated with that tropical vibe! "The beach area was closed and under construction. We were not told that in the booking. Noise from heavy construction equipment all day long. Parking was hard to find because of construction vehicles in the way. Very disappoint as many guest were. I would not book this place again."

"First do not stay here if you plan on doing things on 7 mile beach . Taxis are $30 and up each way. Hotel offers free shuttle but ends at 5pm. I ended up changing hotels due to this being out of the way. Also there’s construction around."
