"First of all I booked here for the pool. Got here, pool closed. Second the room was not that clean. The smell in the room was so bad, went to Walmart and bought lysol and room air freshener. I'm very disappointed."

"The property looks great from what I saw. My TV didn't work half work. The phone was dead. And the manager is not helpful. I accidentally booked the room at 11:00 p.m. for the night. I didn't need that night but I needed the next night. Within 5 to 7 minutes I was trying to get this corrected. But apparently Holiday Inn or the manager that works here does not do any type of refund or care if you made any type of mistake. I did rebook for the correct night while waiting for a response thinking...

When we booked this year I hoped she would be there still and she is. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have what they need, even personally delivering extra towels to our room.
