"Room was adequate. Bathroom and towels were clean. Staff seemed apathetic and bored. Lady at breakfast worked hard and kept counter clean and stocked. "

"The entire facility smelled like mold and smoke. My room smelled like urine and smoke. The towels were dirty. The toilet had menstrual blood on it. It was horrible. The orher hotels in the area provided the same Unsatisfactory. Next time i will stay in Lafayette. "

"Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor. In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!"

"Such an awesome place to stay when out of town! Breakfast was nice and fresh…eggs, sausage links, hash brown potato’s, pancakes, grits, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, THE WORKS! Room was very spacious with a kitchenette. T.V. wasn’t working the 1st night, but they had resolved the problem. Very convenient location to where my conference was! Will definitely be staying here again and 100% recommend it! "

"The hot water only stays on for about two minutes and then turns completely cold, making it difficult to shower. The beds are also very old and extremely squeaky, which makes it hard to rest. In addition, when we turn on the A/C, there is an intermittent low vibration noise that keeps coming on and off, and we cannot figure out the cause."

"The room was kinda cleanish, but Most of the furniture had blemishes, spots, stains. paint missing on walls and certain areas like the door. The seal on the toilet was partially broken so toilet actually moves a little when you attempt to use it. ( we disinfected it before use) worse is the weird marks on wall by the toilet ( not sure if it was (poorly removed fecal matter or otherwise) strangely the a/c actually worked really well. They advertised pool but it is not available for use even...

"The pictures are extremely misleading. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. One of the blankets had a whole in it. There was a face towel left on the shower curtain rod. It smelled like smoke. The floors were peeling. The walls were damaged. I wouldn’t even invite someone to come see me and sit in the parking lot. I kept checking my vehicle to make sure it was damaged because of the other guests. It looks like a place you go to have shady dealings. Not judging but looked like it was full of...

"The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. "
