"Perfect location for exploring Moab area (we visiting Canyonlands and Arches). Right downtown so you can walk to coffee and the amazing Food Truck park. No breakfast at the motel, but free laundry and bike cleaning easily makes up for it, and Moab breakfasts are worth going out for! Staff made late check in and early checkout a breeze. The room was perfect; spacious, comfortable beds and very clean."

"Only towels were changed. No beds were made in 3 days. Trash was never taken out. No staff during the night 10PM-7AM. we were woken up by the guests above us stomping around at 1AM. They wouldn’t answer the door when I knocked to tell them to stop. And no staff to handle it. Not enough microwaves to cook their Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Oatmeal was never done on time. No other protein option for breakfast. AC was so loud and had to keep it on 24/7 to keep the room cool. Floors and ceiling...
