"The staff at this property was amazing. Lizette was extremely helpful, kind, and fun. She always greeted us with a big smile. She planned fun activities like s'mores night for us to participate in. She took care of a took issue we had and made sure we got what we needed. I highly recommend staying here, especially if Lizette is on duty. The property was nice and in a good location. Breakfast was like all the other breakfasts. The hotel was clean."

"La alberca tenía excremento humano. Avise y después de una hora regresaron a sacar el excremento. Y después de dos horas no dijeron que saliéramos de la piscina. Que la hiban a limpiar eso fue ayer. Pero hasta la fecha de hoy salimos del hotel y no la habían limpiado. Le dije a front desk y solo me dijo perdón señora por el inconveniente. Solo por eso usted y su familia tendrán el desayuno gratis. No estuve asusto tan solo de pensar que mis niños tragaron agua con partículas de excremento."

"This hotel is in the process of being expanded. It has a natural springs pool and an amazing tree house in the back, along with covered seating. More features are being added which will make it amazing. That’s the good part. The structure is old and while ok, still needs some TLC. My room refrigerator leaked a little, and the window A/C unit temp adjustment was broken so it had to be turned off periodically when the room was frozen, and then turned back on when it was roasting.
