This hotel should never cost more than $50/nightly. That’s the amount I would have accepted given the service and quality of the property. I understand the location works for people needing to be close to the airport, but that is the ONLY good thing about this property. Everything is broken and/or in horrible condition. My room keys stopped working. After going down to get another set and returning to my room, those didn’t work. The staff then didn’t bother to come up to get me another set of keys after I had been to the lobby twice already, so I had to go get them AGAIN a third time myself as my food that just arrived was getting cold waiting for them to bring me new keys. I had to repeatedly go get keys because it was an inconvenience to them to get off their ass. The front desk agent lied and said they had to check in 3 different people. It was midnight. There was no one in the lobby the 3 times I went down. This is a terrible property. Horrible staff The fact that it was above $225 a night is insane. They don’t even meet the bare minimum of standards. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. DONT BOOK HERE
