It was winter so, didn't use a.c. The room was not clean. Hair in the sink, tub wasn't clean, bathroom door didn't close. No coffee pot, no alarm clock., bar lock on door broken, hard floors no carpeting. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. I realize it was a cheap hotel but it was more like a creepy motel in slasher movie. If I would've known it was like that, it would've Never been a thought. And the roof in the hallway was leaking, had buckets everywhere . Nothing like picture I was scared to stay there. Sorry, just being honest.

The room itself, besides the bathroom, were actually amazing. It said we had two queens, but they felt huge. They were quite comfortable. We had a full-size fridge and a massive TV. The light fixtures added ambiance to the room because they could dim. The bathroom, however, did not fit into the rest of the aesthetic of this room. The sink to brush your teeth was on the outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was in need of serious repair. The fan was quite loud and I didn’t really even want to shower in the shower. Maybe it looks like they’ve renovated all areas of their hotel except bathrooms. The breakfast area was all right as well. Breakfast options were minimal… Cereal, muffins, waffles, some bread for toast, but I didn’t see any peanut butter or jam options. Not too much fruit or yoghurt options. Staff were friendly upon check-in All in all I would say for the price this place is 100% worth it

Checked in after 3. The person at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I was originally placed in a room that I could not get open nor could the person at the desk. Moved to another room, which was uneventful. It appeared renovations were almost complete. There was paint on the tile floor at bathroom. It was easy to hear the neighbors. Went to a vending machine at about 1:00 and it smelled like fresh smoke not of cigarettes. Ice in the parking lot was thick and challenging to navigate in multiple areas. Free breakfast had a number of choices.It was a pleasant stay and the price point was reduced after using One Key. Thank you.

The lady who checked us in was really nice, courteous and pleasant . Stay was very ok only issue why I rated good and not higher was the bathroom light was out they promised to fix it but it wasn’t fixed till we left

Everything stood out for us especially the staff, Laurie, Sherry and Todd. Please read the below... Great Stay! Great Service at Stay Inn. Laura welcomed us with a smile as we arrived to check In on Friday Feb 13 2026. And accidentally we had two reservations and she was able to cancel one without charging us anything since cancellation deadline passed. Nice! That evening we had plumbing issues and after calling the front desk, Sherry came to help us out in no time and the second night my grand baby spilled her drink on the bed and again after calling the front desk, Todd came within minutes to help us out with new beddings and remake the whole bed. We were so amazed by their fast responses to our concerns. The continental breakfast was awesome, we missed it on first day because we left early for family weekend activities at UND, but the second day that’s where we had our breakfast, loved the waffles, muffins, turnovers, fresh fruits and area was nice and clean like the bedroom. Oh forgot the bedroom that it had a full size refrigerator and a really big screen TV?! We were like Wow! Will definitely be coming back at Stay Inn and the price was just more than reasonable considering that most hotels were booked in the area due to Family Weekend at UND. Thanks again Stay Inn keep it up!

The place was "clean". Area and guests were very questionable. Didn't sleep at all. Didn't get mugged so that's a positive.

I have stayed at this location many times, it is a decent location. It is a decent property. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is friendly. The reason I didn’t give five stars is because there was no hot water in the morning and was unable to shower.. Apparently, the hot water tanks were replaced or something, but I booked the room last minute and they should not have taken the booking if they knew that there was some problems. I will still return to this property as it is a good location The parking is easy And the price is reasonable

Staff was great. The only things that I found was no coffee in the room and when coming into the building the snow melted on my boots. I tracked snow and water down the hall and into the room. I didn't realize it until I took my boots off and walked in the water I tracked in. My socks got really wet. Need something to catch the water when coming in building.

The staff was great! We would have liked another chair in our room for watching tv at night. The low price was good. There was lots of snow and no rug by the entrance doors. A rug would have captured some of the snow that was in the parking lot as you entered. Would stay there again.
