"We arrived late, and the ladies at the front desk were wonderful and very accommodating. The staff who served us dinner were also outstanding, providing friendly and attentive service, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, breakfast the following morning was disappointing. There were no eggs available, and the overall selection was quite limited. While our evening experience was excellent, the breakfast did not meet the same standard."

Our only complaint is, when you are spending $500+ /night (incl taxes and fees), you should be able to look out your window and see something other than the back of the hotel sign, roof and ladder storage. "The front desk man was not very helpful when i asked him if there were any good pizza places to eat. He told me that we have a restaurant here so eat here. Meanwhile we found out later that there were pizza brochures beside the front desk. Also for the price of the room, they only cleaned it every other day which is ridiculous. There were teenagers running up & down the hallways making noise."

"This was a very happy surprise. The rooms are spacious. Bedding is comfortable. There was a kitchen area and a small dining area and loads of storage space. Modernized bathroom. But the biggest surprise was that the property is on a lake. Governor's Lake. Walk around the property and you come to a beautiful lawn and grounds that are beautifully manicured and a heavenly view. The bagged “lunch” was in your room, it had an apple, orange, banana bread, chocolate chip muffin, small granola bar and a krispie crunch. "An incredible hotel! The rooms are apartment worthy with full kitchen, living area with couch and TV plus computer work table! The bedroom with TV and separate room for dressing to a wonderful bathroom! The staff was top notch! There was even a blender in the kitchen and dishwasher! The breakfast was outstanding plus they had in the afternoon sweet treats and drinks! Well worth staying there!"
