"The staff was great for the first two stay after that the front desk lady was changed. I don’t think she likes kids much. There were nowhere to hang out for kids, we stay at the front of the hotel for a bit and was told we were too loud disturbing other peoples. Can improve the breakfast alittle more. I like the fruits and bagels other than that maybe add scramble eggs? We end up ordering from IHOP and Denny’s for the 3 days. The room were very clean, room service was excellent. "

The accommodation rooms are disgusting, the carpets are stained, the ceilings have spot on them (and I don't want to know what it was from), the air conditioner barely cools the room, bathrooms are in disrepair, hair dryer was broken, closet doors were broken, no hangers, no Housekeeping to ask for hangers, Front Desk never answers their phone, we were told the pool hours upon check in, only to see notices all around the hotel that the pool is closed....... Don't be...

"The room was nice and clean as well as the property. When I needed a change of linens, the front desk associate was very helpful and coordinating that and the housekeepers came rather quickly. I like that there is a restaurant on site with a bar, there’s a pizzeria, ice cream shop, and a mini market that has food and necessities. There’s also a tiki bar and a food place by the pool."
