"The staff was great for the first two stay after that the front desk lady was changed. I don’t think she likes kids much. There were nowhere to hang out for kids, we stay at the front of the hotel for a bit and was told we were too loud disturbing other peoples. Can improve the breakfast alittle more. I like the fruits and bagels other than that maybe add scramble eggs? We end up ordering from IHOP and Denny’s for the 3 days. The room were very clean, room service was excellent. "

"I just didn’t like how you got to pay for breakfast and then when you pay for your breakfast, you can’t bring it in your room how about I got kids in my room I don’t want to let out this early in the morning. "Well there’s no smart tv and also the rooms haven’t been updated In a LONGGGG time. Extremely outdated but otherwise clean. I arrived at 2 am and unpacked only to find out the shower was clogged. So I had to repack and get a new room. They were quick in that so I can’t complain too much there. However the beds were not very comfortable. "

"Great location—very close to the parks and, if there’s no traffic, about 30 minutes from the airport. However, the smell in our room was terrible—a wet-carpet smell that made it almost unbearable to stay there. I asked to switch rooms; they said they would do it the next day, but nothing happened. The beds were comfortable and the pool was good; the only problem was the room."
