"Wonderful location, good breakfast. There is no working Air conditioner in the rooms cause they don’t want to update what they have!
The building is old obviously with no update. My room window had a view of some kind of building facility equipment! I was really displeased. Also the room is so basic."

"You need to let fuure guests know that the hotel shuttle doesnt run from approx. 10am
until 5pm.
this will prevent guests like myself from standing at the shuttle stop for an hour and then finding out the actual hours it operates.
I incurred a cost of over 30 euros for a taxi.
Your greeting email says "Look for Big Hotel shuttle - you can't miss it!"

"I love this hotel as it is newer, clean, beautiful views and lounge! The gym is wonderful and so is the spa. The staff at front were very friendly and helpful. However my only issue was the communication after booking was very frustrating. The hotel kept saying they would charge us 70euros a day for a cot when we never requested one and kept saying in msgs that we do not need one. "Fantastic stay after 3 weeks in Europe !
I wasn’t expecting much from a hotel next to the airport but this hotel gave me the best nights sleep in over a month. Beautifully decorated , warm welcoming staff… especially Lynthe, who went beyond five star customer service. The helpful man from Romania that only stop to clean to welcome us . We definitely will be back."
