It claims to offer a savoyard family home experience but to deliver that it needs a major renovation of the entire building and an serious upgrade on bedding and bathroom standards. "We stayed at this hotel during our ski trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to the ski slopes which made getting out on the mountain very easy. Having the ski rental shop inside the hotel was also very convenient and saved us a lot of time each morning. The spa area, however, felt a bit outdated and would definitely benefit from a refresh. "The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed to relax after a day skiing. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to get out and put away. The bathroom was basic, but provided a lovely warm shower and the hotel spa facilities were good, although the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer.
