"It was not ocean view like I requested and that in itself ruined my vacation, not counting the broken elevator and having to pay to park even where we stayed. Not to mention the parking ticket I got for parking in their own parking lot instead of using the parking deck. I am 72 years old with a bad back, bad knees, and vertigo. I can't do all that walking! I will not go back there! If anybody asks me about it, I will tell them how bad it sucked!"

"Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Front desk lacked in what to do if problems arise! Parking garage was too small for SUV's. Price of resort was out rages, not with that amount I paid."

"Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view."
